Eliza and Alexander NOWRY look to be sister and brother - Peggy is the nickname for Margaret - and Greencastle is in the Parish of Moville Lower. Besides that, the details would have been recorded from each of them separately as Eliza would have been with the single women and Alexander with the single men. The 1857 Griffiths Valuation shows only two Nowrys in Moville Lower - James in Eleven Ballyboes and John in Balleeghan. Greencastle appears to fall within the townland of Eleven Ballyboes, which covered 408 acres.
Patrick and Winifred McMahon are ancestors of Sandra Armstrong, who has further information on the family. Sandra's email address is linked to Patrick's entry above.
