Dau Bridget married William Glenn Derry

- one of their sons, Brendan Glenn, was a famous Irish Dancing Teacher from Derry, who went under the name of Brendan De Glin.  See 1911 census Wellington St, Derry

 

William O’Donnell (Son of Charles O’Donnell and Bridget Doherty Rye) married Ellen Bonnar (Daughter of Patrick Bonnar and Anna Slevin Pluck) on the 11th December 1875 in the Parish of Leck, Witnesses Richard Gallagher and Anna Bonnar (Both Pluck),

Ellen is the sister of Mary E Bonnar who married Charles Gallagher, Raymoghy - see 1901 census Raymoghy Townland below

- Charles was a son of William Roarty, miner, son of Charles, and Rose McCabe, Castlefin, laundress, dau of Edward McCabe and Rose McFadden of Golan, Kilmacrenan.

William and Rose married in Castlefin 1 May 1903

- A son, William James, was baptised at St Brigid's Golan, 22 Sep 1906, with William & Rose's residence being noted as Hamilton, Scotland
